Speaker: Dr Alyson Williams Speaker: Dr Richard Turkington Alyson Williams is Team Lead Physiotherapist with the Belfast Trust. She encourages a ‘whole person’ approach to health and wellbeing to encourage and help recovery. She will be guiding us through the importance of exercise pre- and post-surgery. Wellbeing Meeting 3rd October 2020
Please note changes to our upcoming Wellbeing Meeting. Our next gathering was due to take place on Saturday 3rd October 2020 at Lowe Memorial Hall in Finaghy, Belfast. Unfortunately, the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic mean that it is not yet advisable to gather in large numbers, particularly if persons are unwell or vulnerable.
